Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Iron Peak Supply is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee delivery times once an order has been shipped. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
